Mind Oracle – Privacy Policy

Mind Oracle ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Nebula AI Hub, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email and password (stored hashed) provided at registration.
• User content: answers to self-discovery questions, journal-style input, and related text you submit to receive AI-generated psychological insights. This is processed to return results and is not used to train any model.
• Subscription data: subscription status and expiration date. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: authentication tokens, standard server logs (IP address, request timestamp) kept for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized self-discovery insights and content.
• To authenticate your account and enforce subscription limits.
• To process payments and activate Premium features.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: your inputs are sent to OpenAI to generate insights. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Fastoo: payment processing. Card data is entered on Fastoo's PCI-compliant page and never passes through our servers. See Fastoo.

4. Sensitive Content Notice

Mind Oracle provides reflective, entertainment-oriented insights. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in distress, please contact a licensed professional or a local crisis line.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Generated content may be kept briefly for abuse prevention and then deleted. Server logs are retained up to 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. You can delete your account from within the App or by emailing us at the address below.

7. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Payments are handled by Fastoo under PCI-DSS standards. Our database enforces SSL connections.

8. Children's Privacy

Mind Oracle is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers and database are hosted on Microsoft Azure. By using the App you consent to data transfer to the regions in which Azure and OpenAI operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
